Borrower Location Process
New accounts without proper contact information are manually checked against a number of skip tracing web sites: First Search, Accurint and TLO. The Financial Counselor also uses a number of social networking sites to locate a patient and facilitate some of the traditional skip tracing methodologies such as contacting relatives and neighbors and peers. Accounts without a hit are then scheduled for batching and automated back through skip-trace every 30 days.
